Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a highly motivated Patent Agent to join its Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Mechanical Engineering Team in Atlanta, Georgia

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in the mechanical arts
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and due diligence analyses
• Assist with patent litigation and post-grant proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys, inventors, and clients to develop and implement effective patent strategies

Compensation

The average salary range for this Patent Agent role is $99,600 – $145,800 . Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
