Patent Agent - Electro-Mechanical Engineering – Barnes & Thornburg LLP, Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a Patent Agent with a background in electro-mechanical engineering to join our Intellectual Property team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications
• Conduct prior art searches and provide technical analysis
• Work closely with inventors and attorneys to evaluate patentability
• Communicate effectively with clients and patent offices
