We’re hiring for a contract / locum tenens Occupational Therapy role in a reputable Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Osseo, Wisconsin. This is a 13-week travel assignment, working 5x8 day shifts.

\nLocation : Osseo, WI
\n
\nSetting : Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
\n
\nSchedule : 5x8s, Day Shifts (40 hours / week)
\n
\nContract Length : 13 weeks
\n
\nStart Date : ASAP
\n
\nPay Rate : $60 / hour (Up to $2,400 / week before taxes)
\n
\nKey Responsibilities
\n
\nEvaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities
\n
\nWork with patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions to increase independence
\n
\nDocument progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
\n
\nEducate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to optimize function and safety
\n
\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and licensing requirements
\n
\nQualifications
\n
\nActive Occupational Therapy license (Wisconsin or eligible for licensure)
\n
\nGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
\n
\nValid NBCOT certification (OTR)
\n
\nCurrent BLS certification
\n
\nPrevious SNF or LTC experience preferred but not required
\n
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
