What You’ll Do
Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries — no cold calling.
Meet virtually with clients (Zoom or phone) to assess needs and present personalized financial protection solutions.
Manage client relationships and oversee the full sales and service cycle.
Learn and master our systems, tools, and process through weekly virtual training.
Build your personal book of business and, when ready, mentor and lead others.
Maintain required licensing, contracting, and compliance standards.
Who You Are
Entrepreneurial mindset — driven to grow personally and professionally.
Excellent communicator who is confident on the phone and video calls.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Prior sales or service experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.
Requirements
Must pass a background check and meet carrier requirements.
Active Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we provide step-by-step guidance to get licensed within 7–10 days).
Reliable phone, computer, and internet access.
