Sweeney’s Pool Service is seeking a Lead Service Technician to join our growing team. This is not a pool maintenance position —we’re looking for someone with a solid grasp of the service side , particularly pool equipment, automation systems, and repairs . If you’re experienced, reliable, and customer-focused, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a company , we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair heaters, filters, pumps (including variable speed pumps), automation systems, and saltwater conversions
• Program variable speed pumps and ensure proper operation of all pool equipment
• Perform accurate diagnostics and leak detection, ensuring all systems are functioning properly
• Provide on-site tutorials for new pool owners, explaining equipment operation and maintenance best practices
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, management, and the scheduling department
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure all tools and parts are properly stocked
• Lead by example, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time
