Our technicians average between $100.00-$200.00 in tips weekly.

Pay above industry standards based on experience and work ethic

Responsibilities

Travel to service locations in a company truck with parts and tools; perform exterior pressure washing and window cleaning.

Operate and handle manual labor tasks in various weather conditions (rain, heat, humidity).

Potentially run a crew and supervise others.

Speak with customers and take payments where required.

Work Saturdays during peak season (April through September, possibly extending to November).

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Check of driving record and valid driver\'s license

Your own transportation

Ability to meet minimum physical requirements : move / carry equipment, lift ladders, climb ladders up to 32 ft

Demonstrated ability to work well with others

Basic mechanical skills

Ability to run a crew

Ability to speak to customers and take payments

Applicants must pass a background check

Must be punctual

Willingness to be trained and follow company guidelines

Must have previous Window Cleaning Experience (residential & commercial a plus)

Must have previous Pressure Washing Experience is a plus
