This is a pivotal opportunity for a hands-on food safety and quality professional who thrives in fast-paced operations and leads with both expertise and heart.

In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding and advancing our food safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with the Director of FSQA and lead our Quality Assurance team to ensure regulatory compliance, certification readiness, and product integrity while shaping a strong food safety culture from the ground up.

What You'll Own & Impact :

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of FSQA Leads and Technicians
• Ensuring execution of HACCP, HARPC / FSMA, SQF, and other GFSI programs
• Overseeing plant inspections, testing, verification, pre-shipment reviews, and audits
• Partnering cross-functionally on R&D initiatives, innovation rollouts, and label compliance
• Owning the resolution process for customer complaints and non-conformances
• Driving FSQA training programs and promoting best practices plant-wide
• Measuring and reporting on key FSQA KPIs to inform continuous improvement
