Position Details :
- Location : On-site in Hattiesburg, MS
- Base Pay : $15.00 per hour plus bonuses earning potential of $1,000+!
- Schedule : Full-time with flexible schedule options available.
- Site Hours : Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; specifics will be discussed with the recruiter.
- Nights Preferred : We offer a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Provide courteous and professional customer service for routine inquiries through various communication channels.Utilize our computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting.Assist customers with online applications and follow standard operating procedures.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client regulations and report issues as needed.Minimum Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team and manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.Willingness to participate in required training programs.Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
