Acura Business Development Center Representative

Nalley Acura, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 85 stores and 31 brands, is currently seeking an Experienced Business Development Center Representative

Responsibilities

  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls
  • Set sales appointments for customers and coordinate with sales advisors
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments
  • Answer inbound calls

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and motivation to succeed
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer and phone skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)
  • Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience preferred
  • Appointment setting experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Team player attitude
