Today, the AI developer community is small but growing. Continued growth depends on getting more people to try experiments, build projects, share their work, and learn from each other.

As Chroma's Community Lead, you will be responsible for building, growing, and supporting the AI developer community, both online and in person. Your responsibilities include running events, meetups, workshops, and other activities that bring developers together. You will also create and distribute content to help developers succeed in building AI applications and to highlight community work.

You should be creative, mischievous, and relentlessly resourceful. Running an existing playbook isn't enough — you will need to be radical in your approach.

• You have created or helped run a substantial community, event series, or activities that gather many people.
• You are willing and able to travel (likely less than 20% of the time).
