This position enables you to use your personal and technical skills to help our customers get the most from their investment in our software. After you receive intensive product training, you will use your strong verbal and presentation skills to provide telephone support, email support, and online assistance utilizing GoToMeeting and state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management tools. Consulting, stand-up training, and travel opportunities will become available as you gain experience.
