Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $175,000.00 / yr

Position : Director Of UX Design

Salary : $130,000-$175,000 + 15% annualized bonus + LTI Package

Schedule : Onsite 5 days a week

Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Director Of UX Design to lead our Product Design team. You’ll define design strategy, scale design systems, and foster a strong design culture while collaborating across Product, IT, and Marketing to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Build and mentor a high-performing design team
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and advocate for design thinking
• Oversee end-to-end design processes and user journey mapping
• Establish scalable design systems and UX standards
• Use research and data to inform design decisions
