Job Description : Pay & Benefits :

Pay of $62.18 per hour

• , with the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale based on time in position. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.

Job Summary

The Technical Instructor delivers on our Purpose by developing and delivering required trainings to our Aircraft Maintenance Technicians in our Technical Operations Department. This role delivers training in a classroom environment and plays a key role in equipping our maintenance professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to keep our aircraft safe, our operations efficient, and our Customers flying with confidence. The Technical Instructor has strong communication skills and is excited to drive their own career with Heart.
