Keller is looking for an experienced Project Assistant based out of our Greensboro, NC location.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support project management and engineering teams by performing a variety of administrative and documentation tasks, including :

Assisting with the completion of client prequalification requests.

Collecting, reviewing, collating, and distributing project-specific documentation.

Gathering and organizing information required for bidding purposes.

Receiving, tracking, and electronically filing daily project reports.

Receiving, collating, and electronically tracking internal engineering requests and non-conformance reports.

Providing general administrative support to project management and engineering staff as needed.

Other Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance as needed.

Order, track, and distribute office supplies.

Prepare and type correspondence, letters, reports, memos, and other documents as required.

Collect and distribute mail and package deliveries to office staff.

Operate standard office equipment such as copiers, plotters, and phone systems.

Utilize computers for word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and other business applications.

Qualifications

Previous experience performing similar administrative and project support responsibilities preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting or general administration preferred but not required.

Prior construction project accounting experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
