Keller is looking for an experienced ProjectAssistant based out of our Greensboro, NC location.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support project management and engineering teams by performing a variety of administrative and documentation tasks, including :

  • Assisting with the completion of client prequalification requests.
  • Collecting, reviewing, collating, and distributing project-specific documentation.
  • Gathering and organizing information required for bidding purposes.
  • Receiving, tracking, and electronically filing daily project reports.
  • Receiving, collating, and electronically tracking internal engineering requests and non-conformance reports.
  • Providing general administrative support to project management and engineering staff as needed.

Other Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance as needed.
  • Order, track, and distribute office supplies.
  • Prepare and type correspondence, letters, reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Collect and distribute mail and package deliveries to office staff.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as copiers, plotters, and phone systems.
  • Utilize computers for word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and other business applications.

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience performing similar administrative and project support responsibilities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting or general administration preferred but not required.
  • Prior construction project accounting experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
