A company is looking for a Customer Renewal Manager to provide end-to-end renewal execution support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end renewal execution support and maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation and product portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity of renewal opportunities and manage transactional steps related to renewals
Provide management with regular updates on complex issues and forecasted attrition
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in a customer-facing role with experience in managing SaaS subscription renewals
Proven commercial negotiation experience and ability to meet renewal revenue goals
Experience in forecasting and ability to work through multiple commercial software systems
Highly organized with a process-oriented approach
