Responsibilities

• Chief Executive Officer – responsible for the overall day-to-day hospital operations and the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activity within patient care, clinical, and clinical support service areas.
• Work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
• Plan and direct the short- and long-range objectives / goals of the hospital to meet financial and non-financial goals.
• Ensure synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives / goals.
• Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to ensure business needs are met.
• Drive and build revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
• Communicate key information to respective stakeholders.

Pay Transparency

Saint Francis Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
