Key Responsibilities
Oversee database research, lead collection, and quality control processes
Supervise and train a team of researchers to meet standards and targets
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate lead generation and provide performance updates
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or database research role
Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising or leading staff, preferably remotely
Strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools
Proven experience with data analysis and reporting
