Accounting Associate
The Accounting Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of financial activities related to Fixed Base Operations (FBO). This role plays a key part in supporting the financial integrity of the location and may also include providing administrative assistance to the FBO General Manager, depending on local operational needs.
Process fuel orders into FMS (fuel management systems) and / or AS / 400 (accounting system)
Coordinating the collection and collation of fuel tickets
Entering fuel tickets into FMS
Entering daily ending inventories into FMS
Generating daily fuel close reports
Reconciling and resolving variances in FMS
Administrative support, including non-finance related items
Ensures timely completion of all required FBO finance activity
Additional duties will vary according to location, but may include administrative-level support to local station managers / duty managers

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Associate's Degree preferred
2-3 years of Accounting / Administrative experience with a basic understanding of accounting principles
Aviation / airline industry experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
In some locations a state driver's license is required as dictated by local regulations and business needs
Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's applicable insurance policies.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel. The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00 / hour.
