Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting.

Monitor and assess neonatal patients’ conditions, implementing appropriate care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Utilize advanced neonatal life support techniques and equipment with precision.

Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.

Educate and support families through their neonatal journey.

What You Bring :

Proven experience in Level III NICU nursing, demonstrating strong clinical skills in neonatal care.

Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient needs and respond effectively to emergencies.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Compassionate bedside manner, with a genuine dedication to neonatal health and family support.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience, particularly in Level III units.

Prior experience with neonatal life support and advanced respiratory care.

Certifications & Licenses :

Valid RN License in the State of California (or applicable state).

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required .

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Required .

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required .

Benefits & Compensation :

Weekly stipend of $1,505.00 gross.

Competitive taxable pay of $2,741.20 per week.
