Commercial Sales Manager
Johnstone Supply is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. This individual has a passion for building relationships and closing deals. Results-oriented with a proven track record in commercial sales, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Manager include, but are not limited to :
- Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
Business Development
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial marketDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goalsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunitiesClient Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clientsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnershipsPresent solutions to meet client needs and challengesCollaborating & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless serviceProvide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to managementUtilize CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activitiesMarket & Product Knowledge
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologiesServe as a knowledgeable resource on company products and servicesVendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality products and favorable termsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with vendors to secure the best value for the companyStay informed on industry trends and innovations to identify potential new suppliersBenefits

Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in category management, purchasing or similar roleAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computers and different software programsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsPreferred :
