As the Head Of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of GMP products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead a team of supply chain professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to drive continuous improvement and streamline processes. You are a key member of the Senior Site Leadership Team and will report directly to the Site Head.

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the site's objectives, considering market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while ensuring GMP compliance.
• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead monthly supply planning reviews in support of the global S&OP process and site Monthly Operations Review.
• Demonstrate leadership of cross functional teams to understand capacity constraints in the manufacturing sites, including working with operations and technical support to eliminate capacity constraints.
• Collaborate closely with project management and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless coordination between production schedules and inventory levels to meet customer demands.
• Responsible for understanding capacity constraints in the external supply chain (suppliers and intra-company) to eliminate capacity constraints.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply of raw materials, components, and services.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with GMP regulations, quality standards, and delivery expectations as Supply Chain subject matter expert.
• Proactively identify alternative suppliers and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with GMP regulations, industry standards, and internal quality management systems.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to implement and maintain robust quality control processes, including proper documentation, deviation management, and change control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to drive individual and team growth.
• Identify talent gaps and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top supply chain professionals.
