Overview
We’re looking for a Short-Form Content Creator to lead the charge on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role will focus on producing engaging, scroll-stopping content that drives top-of-funnel awareness while cementing Bizzy’s reputation as the industry leader in coffee innovation and manufacturing expertise.
This person will ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos showcasing everything from behind-the-scenes moments in our manufacturing facility to experiments in the Brew Lab, cultural coffee moments, and trend-based storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Own the creation of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) from concept through execution.
- Authority Building : Highlight Bizzy’s Brew Lab, manufacturing expertise, and unique approach to cold brew to establish category authority.
- Trend Integration : Identify and adapt trending formats, memes, and sounds to fit the Bizzy voice and brand positioning.
- Storytelling : Craft compelling, shareable narratives that connect Bizzy with consumers’ lifestyles and aspirations.
- Collaboration : Work with the CEO, Marketing Manager and Senior Designer to ensure consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor content performance, test formats, and optimize for engagement and reach.
