Job Description

As an Assembler, you will support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines by applying job skills and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will acquire a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality. The role involves routine assignments where limited judgment is required. You will operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions for specific jobs daily.
• Perform in-house quality checks and ensure all parts are good.
• Document any defects observed in parts under the 'see something, say something' policy.
• Utilize basic hand tools such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.
• Assist in cross-training focus factory members as instructed.
• Operate within a routine work environment and follow detailed instructions for new assignments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
