We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing team in Baltimore. This role offers $90K–$120K base salary, competitive benefits, and emphasizes a strong work / life balance.
Responsibilities :
- Review project documentation to fully understand requirements
- Select, measure, and track key metrics
- Perform site and warehouse visits as needed
- Conduct complex data analysis and forecasting
- Prepare risk assessments and present reports to leadership
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
- Manage subcontractor buyouts post-award
- Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships
