VP / Director Engineer - Software

As a VP Director of Software Engineering , you will lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver complex, mission-critical systems that improve the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who inspires trust, drives clarity, and models engineering excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds strong coalitions across business and technology, and champions Agile principles with an unwavering commitment to quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Location : This role is hybrid. You should be located within a 50-mile distance to one of our offices in Wilmington, DE / Baltimore, MD / or Irving , TX

Target base salary range is $170K-$190K, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
