ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help us to :

• Provide Level 3 support (20%) and perform development activities (80%)
• Analyze requirements to define technical specifications and solutions
• Configure, develop, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, designing solutions with self-service in mind
• Work effectively within a Scrum team, focusing on sprint goal delivery, and collaborate with vendors and engineers to resolve issues
• Develop using best practices, optimize performance, and promote automation
• Propose alternative solutions collaboratively with team members

Your team

You will join the Newton Pod, Technology Inventories crew in Technology Inventories Data & Reporting Services, alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class, cost-effective Service Management Technology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for our global bank.

The Newton pod consists of 21 individuals responsible for support and roadmap delivery for the strategic CMDB, a key part of our Bank's ServiceNow journey. Your role will be based in our Raleigh, NC office.
