Compensation : $68,000 to $72,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

Our Torrance studio is a local wellness destination designed to support recovery, performance, and longevity. Were looking for a hands-on, sales-driven General Manager who will lead the studio to success by building a high-performing team, growing revenue, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
About the Role
As General Manager, you are the driver of studio success. This role requires an energetic and highly organized leader who thrives in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of studio operations from hitting monthly sales targets to managing team performance, optimizing client experience, and executing local marketing initiatives.
This is not a desk job. The right candidate is equally comfortable closing a membership sale, coaching a team member, jumping in at the front desk, and strategizing with ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to exceed monthly membership and service revenue goals
- Execute a proven sales process to drive conversions, upsells, and retention
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, revenue per client, client retention, and new member growth
- Personally close sales and support team members in doing the same
- Follow up on leads and walk-ins with timely, targeted communication
