Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Opportunity : NP / PA - Cardiology / EP Job Details :

• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Primary focus in cardiology within the Electrophysiology Service
• Assist in expanding patient access and providing exceptional care throughout dedicated cardiology services
• Function within Cardiac Centers of Excellence programs across both in-patient and out-patient care deliveries
• Conduct patient follow-ups, consults, and telehealth for increasing same-day access
• Work at the top of scope of practice with guidance and support including opportunity for procedures
• Collaborate with opportunity for specialized training, certification, and research
• Monday through Friday schedule - no nights / weekends / call
• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Must have current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota
• National certification in applicable area required
• Current CPR certification required

Compensation : Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
