Role Overview

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for

creating a welcoming environment, managing client interactions with professionalism, and supporting spa operations. You will oversee call management, client check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, boutique presentation, and revenue generation efforts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable experience, leading to strong client retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by providing a warm welcome, expert knowledge, and a professional demeanor
• Manage client scheduling, lead management, and appointment coordination with efficiency
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote Creations Med Aesthetics & Wellness Spa services, gift cards, memberships, and retail products
• Assist in maintaining an elegant and well-organized spa boutique, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and stocked
• Provide gracious tours of the spa to educate clients on our offerings and drive reservations
• Maintain a polished and professional image, upholding IVIVAs brand standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding client experience
• Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities
• Seek client reviews, social media engagement, and referrals to help grow the medspas reach
• Resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-driven approach
• Attend ongoing training, team meetings, and educational sessions to stay informed on industry trends and services
