Business Planning
Own P&L to meet key business KPIs : revenue, profit, market share, brand healthLead monthly operating process for business performance and accurate forecastingTrack sales, consumption, and trends to identify gaps / opportunitiesManage consumer marketing budget efficientlyDevelop strategic revenue management strategies (pricing, promo, price pack architecture)Support manufacturing, distribution, sourcing, and procurement strategiesChart category / brand course using data-driven decision-makingExplore new approaches to brand innovation, including licensing and partnershipsBrand and Product Experience
