Senior Product Manager Tech, Global Subscription Growth, Music Growth and Marketing
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to own the subscription internationalization and intelligent chatbot strategy for Amazon Music. This role puts you at the forefront of expanding Amazon Music’s subscription business in high-growth international markets, while also defining a new global standard for how customers interact with and manage their subscriptions.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of music streaming, payments, promotions, and conversational AI. You will be responsible for making Amazon Music subscriptions both globally scalable and locally relevant, while also creating a smart, intuitive chatbot experience that empowers customers to engage with their subscription directly — from plan exploration and upgrades to cancellations, entitlements, and benefits access.
You are highly data-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity across business and technical domains. You thrive on working backwards from diverse customer needs worldwide and scaling mechanisms that work across regions and use cases.
Responsibilities
Launch and scale Amazon Music subscription offers in new and growing international markets.
Define and drive the global strategy for Amazon Music’s subscription chatbot.

We address challenges that affect millions of customers daily, spanning international expansion, payment integrations, promotions, upsells, and next-generation subscription experiences.
