Key Responsibilities :

Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making

Assist in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in life sciences or a related industry

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis

Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Ability to communicate complex financial insights to key stakeholders
