Our Associate Faculty are a vital and valued part of our students\' learning experience and will support student learning in the assigned courses.

Primary accountabilities

• Provide service to students in and out of the classroom through engaging instruction aligned with Post University\'s Associate Faculty expectations.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in core MBA disciplines, including but not limited to Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Economics, Accounting, and Business Ethics.
• Adhere to all Post University best practices, policies, procedures, and applicable laws or regulations.
• Nurture credible student relations through high-quality student evaluations.
• Other expectations are assigned and completed on a discretionary basis.

Essential functions

Requirements

All associate faculty members must have at minimum a master\'s degree and significant experience in their area of instruction. Each Associate Faculty member must have college transcripts (official) on file with Associate Experience / Human Resources to be considered for employment. Each Associate Faculty member will also complete a training session before his / her first teaching assignment at Post University.
