A company is looking for a Support Specialist I Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls to resolve customer questions or concerns and identify opportunities for account renewals
Make outbound calls to retain customers and offer energy plans
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain high levels of confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment; call center experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
High School diploma or GED required
Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with strong navigation skills
Ability to type 35+ WPM and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
