Pay Range : $16.38 - 19.99 / hour
Pay Range for 'non-floating' BHT is $16.38 - 18.78 / hour; Pay Range for Floating BHT is $17.59 - 19.99 / hour due to flexibility needs.
Community Counseling Center offer's shift differentials for BHT staff who work an Evening or Overnight shift at its residential facilities.
Evening Shift : + $0.50 / hour per hour worked on Evenings.
Overnight Shift : +$1.00 / hour per hour worked on Overnights
Full-Time Positions :
In the Floating Behavioral Health Technician position, your shift time would vary, dependent upon program need. As a floater, you would need to have the flexibility to work across all 3 shift times (Morning / Day, Evening, and Overnight). While typically the shift times are known in advance, situations arise where the staff would need to "float" at a moments notice to another shift time.
Other Shift : 24 Hour - shift to Sat / Sun 7a-7p (day)

The Lou Masterman Center (LMC) Program
LMC is a seven bed Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS) that provides a high level of direct service and supports for individuals living with chronic mental health diagnoses (i.e., anxiety, bi-polar, depression, personality disorders, etc.) that often involve severe behavioral and emotional issues resulting in guardianship.

As a Behavioral Health Technician , you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex mental health conditions gain the tools and structure they need to live more independent, empowered lives. Every day is a chance to help someone move forward.
Here's What Your Day Might Look Like :
Foster Safety & Healing : Create a calm, consistent environment rooted in trauma-informed care.
Model Daily Living : Guide clients through real-life routines-cleaning, grooming, managing meds-and encourage autonomy.
Teach & Coach : Support clients as they learn core life skills like anger management, emotional regulation, social communication, and stress reduction-all based on individualized treatment goals.
Collaborate on Care : Work side-by-side with therapists, nurses, and other BHTs to ensure clients stay on track with treatment plans.
Stay Vigilant : Conduct room and grounds checks, monitor for safety risks, and step in when a crisis arises-with calm, professional care.
Provide Transportation : Help clients access appointments and community resources safely and reliably.
Support Medication Safety : Distribute and document medication accurately and report any issues immediately.
Keep It Professional : Complete detailed, timely documentation that meets clinical, state, and federal standards.
