Key Responsibilities
Support design and implementation of a consistent end investor experience
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and execute client experience strategies
Conduct research and develop measurement tools to evaluate client experience effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of professional experience
2+ years of experience in client experience and marketing design
Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
