Job Summary / Description :

We are seeking an organized and creative professional to lead our digital sales efforts in the role of Multimedia Sales Manager. This position works in tandem with the Director of Sales on business development for the station, specifically championing digital sales.

Duties / Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :

• Driving digital revenue growth and ensuring all digital budgets and goals are met or exceeded with a focus on new local direct business
• Providing digital training to the sales team
• Assisting Multimedia Executives in presenting and closing digital business
• Developing sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials
• Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success
• Overseeing digital pricing and revenue forecasting
• Promoting a winning, positive culture
• Working at a partnership / consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with Multimedia Consultants and advertisers
• Working in tandem with the Director of Sales on revenue generation strategy and forecasting
• Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management, and pricing strategies
