Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a core technology portfolio within supply chain and warehouse automation. This is a high-impact role where you will guide product strategy, oversee the full lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle : discovery, planning, launch, adoption, and phase-out.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
  • Develop customer and market insights to drive product decisions.
  • Establish success metrics and track adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Mentor product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and support to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record across the product lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, or global organizations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in warehouse automation, supply chain technology, or automated storage and retrieval systems.
  • Prior experience mentoring or coaching other product managers.
