Job Description

The Life Enrichment Coordinator - Memory Care plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our skilled nursing residents.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.
• Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents to meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
