Position Overview

Invenergy is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of IT Infrastructure to lead and oversee the strategy, design, implementation, and management of our organization's growing IT / OT infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring a robust, scalable, secure, and efficient technology environment that supports energy projects and business operations and drives innovation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex IT systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for IT infrastructure to align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage teams responsible for user systems (M365) networks, servers, storage, cloud services, data centers, and control centers.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cybersecurity and data protection.
• Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure supports overall business objectives effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

Designing and implementing hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

Compensation

Base Pay

$175,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus : 30% - 40%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.

In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
