What You'll Be Doing

The Operations Associate is responsible for aiding in driving departmental results for the Operations Margins department. This position requires the ability to gain a sound understanding of department subject matter including compiling data, doing calculations and verifications. This position will require collaboration among team members to execute on departmental objectives under direct supervision while following established procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Accurately perform job duties as provided by leadership while adhering to departmental procedures and guidelines
• Proficiently process, create, and enter data into systems to be utilized by our Financial Advisors and branch staff
• Identify potential problems or issues and escalate to department leadership if necessary
• Develop effective communication skills within the department
• Provide timely updates on progression of job responsibilities to leadership
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Apply for / monitor extensions in accordance with Regulation T and Rule 15c3-3
• Perform a review of cash account Free Rides in accordance with Regulation T
• Perform a review and collection of non-trade related debits
• Process Employee Stock Option exercises
• Answer account inquiries from branch office personnel promptly and accurately
• Scan and index documents into Onbase
