Real Estate Associate Attorney Mid-Level | $250k–$295k| Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, New York, NY (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with a strong foundation in commercial real estate transactions and financing to work on sophisticated matters across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in real estate financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents.

Advise lender clients on transaction structures, due diligence, and closing processes.

Conduct title and survey review and provide analysis to support financing and acquisition deals.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution of real estate transactions.

Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice while managing multiple matters simultaneously.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

2–4 years of experience handling real estate financing transactions and lender representation.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Experience reviewing and analyzing title and survey materials.

Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
