Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the role of a Senior Principal Contract Administrator (A04) with experience in contract administration or related fields, including business management, supply chain management, business development, project management, or procurement. The candidate hired will be based out of our office in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, and will be expected to work a hybrid work schedule-full time remote is not an option.

What You'll Get to Do : Responsibilities :

• Propose, negotiate, administer, extend, and close standard and non-standard contracts.
• Provide advice to management of contractual rights and obligations, compile and analyze data, and maintain historical information.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to handle urgent situations from Northrop Grumman leadership and foreign and US government contracting officials.
• Participate in proposal preparation and negotiations (review, analysis, interpretation, and contractual advice on terms and conditions), review and approve contractual documentation to protect the company, and provide for proper contract administration and closeout in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Provide contractual advice in accordance with company policies and procedures, and interface with both internal and external customers to ensure proper contract execution.
• Ensure timely and compliant deliverables for all contracts supported.

Primary Level Salary Range : $108,400.00 - $162,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
