A company is looking for an Excel Data Contractor to assist their Account Management team during the busy Q4 benefits season.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer and reformat large volumes of employee census data between templates used for benefits and carrier reporting
Perform data cleanup and manipulation in Excel using formulas such as VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE
Review and validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Required Qualifications
Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, data validation, lookups, pivots)
Prior experience handling confidential employee or benefits data preferred
Ability to follow structured templates and data requirements
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in benefits administration, HRIS, or insurance data processing is preferred
