Location :   Onsite - 11600 Indian Hills Rd, Mission Hills, CA 91345

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Identify patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

6+ months of experience in demonstrating strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening

Beginner level of knowledge of CRM systems and practices

Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

Preferred Qualifications :

1+ years of experience as a Call Center Representative or similar customer service role

Bilingual - Spanish / English

Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminologies

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
