We are looking for someone to come on board with a General Contracting background who is ready to transition into the development space. This person would need to have multifamily experience to be considered.

This exciting role will involve managing the development of multifamily residential projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including design, planning, construction, and handover. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating high-quality, sustainable living spaces. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the multifamily residential sector.
