The Technical Project Manager will act as a crucial liaison between employees, stakeholders, Information Technology, and Development.

The primary responsibilities encompass managing user expectations for new technology initiatives, addressing feature requests, handling bug reporting, and coordinating other essential activities as required.

This person will also play a key role in UI & functionality testing as well as creating documentation.

The Technical Program Manager will report to the VP of Cybersecurity & Technology.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology projects between employees, stakeholders, Information Technology,

    • Development, and 3rd parties when necessary.

  • Manage user and stakeholder expectations.
  • Gather, prioritize, and communicate feature requests and enhancements from end users.
  • Oversee the bug reporting process and ensure timely resolution and communication of fixes to users.
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the VP of Cybersecurity & Technology and other stakeholders as

    • directed.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Coordinate and participate in UI and functionality testing.
  • Create user documentation as needed.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Project management experience in a software environment or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc. a plus.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) a plus.
