Pay Range : $25-30 / hr

Full-Time : M-F 9am-5pm

What You’ll Do

• Tackle incoming customer requests and oversee orders from start to finish, making sure every detail is right.
• Coordinate complex print orders involving multiple SKUs and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Communicate clearly and confidently across departments and with customers, advocating for client needs and process improvements
• Input and verify customer information in Label Trax and other systems, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Double-check purchase orders and specifications to guarantee accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction every time.
• Spot issues before they become problems, suggest solutions, and jump in with fresh ideas to keep projects moving forward.
• Quickly pivot when schedules or priorities change, always keeping a cool head and a commitment to outstanding service.
