Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to Managers and Directors on HR strategies and team dynamics
Manage a team of People Consultants to handle HR support requests
Utilize data analytics to identify systemic issues and lead change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or consulting role
Demonstrated experience in driving talent management and strategic change initiatives
Proficient in leveraging advanced HR analytics for decision-making
